Then this is the option for you!
You and a partner (that is one other person only!), are to write a song - any style you want (can be a blues song, country song, rock, or rap - your choice) - over the economic concept for the unit. The song can be based upon the style, melody of a previously recorded song, or you can create your own music as well as lyrics! Which ever option you choose, you will need to include and turn in the following ...
- Song lyrics that cover and fully explain the economic concept of the unit, you need to use vocabulary from the unit and do so correctly
- Use the GarageBand app on the iPads to record your song once your lyrics have been previewed and checked off by your teacher. On this app you can record your vocal, and add any music as well.
Points Breakdown
15 points - song lyrics content, did you cover the economic concept of the unit correctly and use the correct economic terms. This must be checked off by your teacher before you start recording your song!
10 points - does the song make musical and logical sense, in other words does in flow well with the music you wither created or used as a guide, and does the song have an order that is logical
5 points - creativity and polish, did you create your own music, add an original twist to the music, and is the song edited well
